Agreement
______1. Breeder guarantees pup to be delivered in good health, current on vaccinations and free of distemper, Parvo, par influenza and any life threatening genetic defect or disease.
______2. All puppies will have a current health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. Puppies have a one (1) year health guarantee which expires on the puppy's first birthday ____________________________. All guarantees are required to have vet records proving the puppy was up to date with regular visits to a licensed veterinarian. We do reserve the right to ask for a second opinion of any findings.
______3. Purchaser agrees to follow up with a licensed veterinarian within two (2) weeks of receiving puppy. At the time, if it is determined that the puppy has any of the problems in article one (1), Devilz War will either:
A) replace the puppy with one not taken from the same litter
B) replace the puppy with one from our next litter
C) replace half of the purchase price
______4. Puppy will be de-wormed at time of shipping or pick up. A normal de-worming should follow as recommended by your veterinarian. First shots are done by the breeder. Any pup that develops an illness due to lack of veterinarian care, lack of shots or de-worming, is not guaranteed.
______5. Purchaser agrees to provide a safe home for their puppy. The purchaser agrees not to use the puppy for any illegal activities (i.e. fighting). The purchaser agrees to keep the puppy as an indoor dog to avoid the risk of theft, illness or injury. If at any time the purchaser is found to be mistreating the puppy or keeping the dog outside for extra long periods of time, Devilz War reserves the right to regain possession of the puppy. We WILL pursue legal action to regain rights to the puppy.
______6. If at any time the purchaser can no longer provide for the puppy, no matter what age, we will gladly accept him/her back. We do not want to see any of our dogs end up in a shelter and then ultimately euthanized. By signing this agreement, you understand that at any time you can no longer care for you dog, you will contact Devilz War.
______7. A deposit is required to hold any puppy under the age of six (6) weeks. Deposits are half the cost of the puppy. Puppies are required to be paid for by six (6) weeks of age. If at six (6) weeks of age the puppy has not been paid for in full, you will forfeit your deposit unless other arrangements are made prior to the puppy turning six (6) weeks. If you change you mind on a puppy prior to the six (6) weeks of age, your deposit may be transferred to any available puppy at the time or another litter. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Payments may be made by Money Order, Cash, Pay Pal or Western Union.
______8. Devilz War reserves the right to include our name on the puppy registration paperwork.
By initialing each numbered item above and signing below, you understand what you have read and understand that we do enforce this agreement 100%. You also understand that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and may only be transferred to another litter or available puppy.
